Nothing on this website constitutes engineering, architectural, insurance, legal, financial or tax advice, and website content does not create a binding construction agreement.

3. Online Estimates & Estimate Requests

Any estimate, price range, calculator result, preliminary quote or other pricing information provided through the website is preliminary unless expressly identified in a separately executed written agreement as binding.

Actual pricing may depend on roof measurements, pitch, existing layers, decking condition, flashing, ventilation, drainage, hidden damage, materials, permits, code requirements, access and other project-specific conditions.

4. Construction & Roofing Contracts

Actual roofing, siding, gutter, window, painting, storm restoration, commercial roofing or other construction services are governed by the written agreement applicable to the project.

If these website Terms conflict with an executed project agreement, the executed project agreement controls with respect to that project.

5. Colorado Residential Roofing

Where Colorado law applies, Weaver will provide disclosures and written contract terms required for the applicable transaction. Nothing in these website Terms is intended to waive or limit non-waivable rights provided under Colorado law.

6. Insurance Claims & Storm Restoration

Weaver is a roofing and construction contractor. Unless separately licensed and expressly engaged to do so, Weaver does not act as a public insurance adjuster, determine insurance coverage, interpret insurance policies on behalf of an insured, settle claims or guarantee payment by an insurance carrier.

Where legally permitted, Weaver may inspect property damage, prepare construction estimates, document roof conditions and provide information concerning the scope and cost of repairs.

7. Financing

Financing options displayed or referenced on the website may be offered by independent third-party lenders or financing providers. Financing is subject to the provider's approval criteria, rates, fees, terms and disclosures.

8. Warranties & Product Information

References to manufacturer warranties, workmanship warranties, certifications or expected product life are general descriptions only. Actual coverage depends on written warranty documents, installed materials, project specifications, manufacturer requirements and exclusions.

9. Testimonials, Reviews & Project Results

Reviews, testimonials, photographs, project descriptions and before-and-after images illustrate prior projects or customer experiences. Every property and project is different, and prior results do not guarantee the same outcome for another customer.

If you provide contact information, Weaver may contact you regarding an inquiry, inspection request, estimate, appointment, active project or customer-service matter.

11. Acceptable Use

You may not use this website to violate law, submit fraudulent information, interfere with website security, attempt unauthorized access, transmit malicious code or commercially exploit Weaver content without authorization.

These website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where another jurisdiction's law is required to apply.

Projects performed outside Colorado may also be subject to the construction, licensing, consumer-protection and other laws of the jurisdiction where the work is performed.

Weaver may update these Terms to reflect changes in our website, services, business practices or applicable law. The date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
